Thinking of another class outing coz i miss u all too much..

Weekdays cant coz of our Army boys busy protecting the nation..

Left with Weekends.. this week end cannot coz i not free..

and since i'm the most important person..

We shall have it next next weekend: 26/7 or 27/7

Some suggestions:

1. Picnic @ECP (something like our last day in sku.. rmb?can also meet b4hand at someone's place to cook etc..)
2. Badminton then lunch at some hawker centre?
3. BBQ @ someones house dat has PS or Xbox (I hope its not samuels again)

5 reasons why you should play World of Warcraft (WoW)

Hi guys. It's been a while. If you were wondering what I've been up to, then, well, the title of this post pretty much gives it away. Oh, I've also been ~~perving at nubile young children~~ giving tuition. Exciting, huh? I've never felt so fulfilled before.

Hence, it is my honour to attempt to share my pleasure with you.

5 reasons why you should totally play WoW:

Point 1

It's a lot better than, say, Maplestory. Maplestory's 2D, what century are you living in? And there's no PvP (that means player versus player for those less game-inclined) platform either, which means that if you want to get rid of that annoying noob (amateur/lesser being) who's been ks-ing (killing and stealing things which should have been yours), your best bet is to lure a mob (uh, monster thing that you kill to gain experience and level up) and hope that it kills the noob for you. Is that wimpy, or is that wimpy?

Another example: Cabal. Ok, it gets dibs for cool arcade game action while killing mobs but it is nowhere near WoW when it comes to graphics. It’s got pretty and rather overly-intricate character designs, no doubt, but it’s textures completely pale in comparison to WoW's. Also, too much grinding (mindless levelling up) involved.

Of course there are the H games which certain people here play, but that’s on a whole different level altogether. A level which we shall ignore today. -_- (of course, if you go for *that* kinda thing, then WoW isn't a bad option either cuz some of the armor pieces... don't really look like they offer as much protection as they claim to...)

Point 2

You will not get tan lines from playing WoW! People suffer from the misconception that when you play mmorpgs you’ll tend to look sickly and/or overweight and just generally unhealthy. Riiight. Take the picture below, for instance. Who looks the nicest among the lot? (where “nice” = “having an even skin tone that does not make you look like Micheal Jackson shedding his fake white skin”)

The answer is obvious. Ha! See, you can play WoW and *still* look great on the beach. (In theory this works. Most of the players I know, however, haven't been to a beach which isn't made of pixels in months. That's besides the point though.)

Point 3

What you see is what you get in WoW. Take the following pic for example. An official WoW wallpaper:

Are the characters ugly? Hell yeah. But this is what they really look like ingame. Of course, there are prettier characters, but this is just an example. Compare it to Cabal though-

WoW has generally good gameplay. Quests last you through most levels and there's a great variety of races and classes to choose from. You can go melee, full spell-casting, or a mix of both. And if you don't like the ugly dudes below...

... you can always pick these babes to play-

Point 5

The most important point: a class that plays mmorpgs together, stays together. Seriously, think about it. WoW transcends geographical boundaries and allows people from all over the globe to interact on a common platform. We could party (form a group and go round killing things together) each other, raid (if a party is an elephant, a raid would be a herd of elephants) as a class; the possibilities are endless! Great way to keep in touch, ne?

If you're worried about the $$, I can totally introduce you guys to the server I'm playing on. ^^

NUS Sports Camp Day Zero

Yoyo. just came back from meeting with my OG for sports camp. signed up for it coz dentistry only got 40 ppl. having only 40 frens in uni sounds pathetic so i tot its better to get to know more ppl. lol i am in the house of OLYMIPIANS and in the OG called ARES!! can u believe it? god of war again! hoots!

haha but a little too many guys. would prefer if the gal guy ratio more balanced. i gues the guys are like me thinking that can meet hot gals in sports camp. but it seems hot gals dun really enjoy such stuff. oh wells.

its my first taste of the uni life. still havent got used to the fact that all the guys are like older than me. qt used to being older brother for ppl in my batch due to being a early january boy (even for a few months). i have to amit it is kinda intimidating. at first. then of coz there's the usual army talk. then ask "so which company u from?". then they are all so fit. ohno. i think the water games the gals will have a feasting for their eyes larh. all got six packs larh. haiz a little too late to start doing srunches now hor. nvr mind.

so the camp will start nex monday! learnt qt a lot of new cheers and songs and games. totally nvr heard b4. qt fun larh. but i like qt retarded. first gae already kana forfeit. but lucky my ogl nice let me we the forfeit first so i dun have to do stupid stuff in front of so many strangers.

hoots! cant wait for next week!

i can't believe this blog is revived. anyway, just want to say that it was a fantastic class lunch at The Manhattan Fish Market in Plaza Singapura on 21 June 2008. It seems like it has been sometime since everyone met up together. Shocking news! Wei Guang has longer hair now! Haha. To those who missed the class outing, this is something you will regret. It's better to see some pictures to view the truth. =) Let's have another one where hopefully everyone can make it this time before everyone starts to fly off overseas for further studies.

Alright. The login part is very annnoying since there is now a need to have google accounts. So, if anyone decides to follow me on my quest, do ask me for the details to log in.

2 consecutive nights (mornings seem more accurate) of soccer. I'm like floating. 2 matches also draw after regulation time. that makes it more than 6 hrs stoning in front of the tv till 5.30am. penalty shootout hoots. In case any of u gals havent noticed its Euro 2008 fever (i'm assuming the guys do). Holland lost =( boo.. Russia really stunned me with their breathtaking peformance. if they can continue to play at this standard all the way, the might be champs of Euro. the other match was spain vs italy. not really as exciting. probably due to lack of goals. spain edge out italy through penalties 4-2.

ok. back to the main reason for this post. as suggested during class outing. since u peeps will be all ard the globe or in different camps that is for the guys. we shd still stay connected. dunno why we ended up agreeing this blog as the platform. so what we can do is update each other on our journey to be embarked on. Class outing was really qt enjoyable. all the small talks. though didnt manage to interact with all. well. dat happens when we meet up in big grps. i am rather amused with myelf for being able to stay in the army convo for so long. yes i'm well equiped bet u guys were impressed that i noe qt a lot of army stuff too right. wad to do when all my guy frens are out the only thing they talk abt is army. so i slowly picked up along the way. since there is nothing on my side to share.

eh are we still mass buying PSP? must tell me k? the civillian here can always help u all to check out prices etc.. since ur book out times are so precious.

and none of u guys got into OCS! how can! haha dun so nua leh.. i want explanations!

alright. here are the top 10 breaking news from the last outing:
(just realised "the last outing" can have different meanings and somehow in this context it could be both)

1: Yuhao is freaking lighter than me
2. WeiGuang now keeps a longer hair in army than during sku days
3. Eric is a combat medic! when i play shooting games, i always snipe the medic first coz they are annoying and can revive ppl.
4. RuiYang might be yuhao's boss. can u imagine him tekaning yuhao? and he's taking off he's braces off liao. so next time must rmb to see how his new set of teeth looks like.
5. Huijin is off to do research in a foreign country! i wonder if she knows how to cook food using the stove and oven instead of a fireplace and barbeque pit? haha
6. and youxin is off with her! both going on sept issit? must inform ok? dun jing qiao qiao go off.. unless u only want ur bf's to b at the airport! plan foiled! next!
7. Peishan and daphne are off the Aus? haha ps say until like going liao. then suddenly say actually havent apply. dotz. not that i no confidence in her but she really steady hor?
8. Nick is posted into MP! walao can catch ns men lah super cool. hmm but i heard its like hell inside nearly as xiong as guards. and a lot of yalam too. haha i can only wish him well. shall wait for him to updat on his trainings.

My conclusion:

is it like our FIRST-EVER-almost-entire-class-gathering ever since orientation?? oh gawd. that's how lag our class is. but nvm! it's never too late =D the bbq at sam's house was quite good..as in. it was impossible for everybody to gather at the pit together so we only could interact inside the house. and still it wasn't very conducive cause of the NUMEROUS gaming terminals. lol samuel's house is insane! heh. but it was fun all the same. because everytime we sat down and started talking, there were loads of laughter :D it was pretty fun..and most of all i feel, our class is getting a lot better (:

and yar anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to jiehong. gosh lucky guy to have almost the whole class celebrating your birthday for you! and also quite lucky because whatever happened in that room is already very mild. hahaha.

yeah. class outing is confirmed on this coming friday nightz! its confirmed at samuels place and he has also booked the bbq pit for us! so plz suggest food u want and activities to do! i'll be distributing the workload ard for the nex few days so juz keep the suggestions coming in!

yes. unless you happen to be tired of doing WR like me. which shouldn't be the case.

today was really fun! like the first time we had a semi-class breakfast together, the first time (apart from orientation) we played ball together on a non-pe occasion. even though it ended up with 3 pairs of tweaked specs and 2 scratched-and-bleeding hands. Violence. and guess what we actually have plans for the bbq/gathering! lets hope everything turns out well. I used to get so envious when other classes have bbqs and gatherings. but its okay better late than never! and if anyone has ideas for nice games and activities to play (apart from the standard xbox video games fare) pls go tell Mr Entertainment Rep, Eric. Otherwise, he'll be forever going "lets play a game!" *silence* someone take pity on him.

And the Al-Ameen prata house people are swindlers. 2 bucks for a measly piece of cheese prata. Crazypok.

hey ppl.. that day suresh mentioned abt having a bbq night or sumthin.. and since he has kindly agreed to help us prepare the chicken and marinate them... i guess we shd not waste this opportunity(i noe fac outing is round the corner)!! but venue is still a problem.. preferably to someone's house?? if cannot suresh say his area has a bbq pit and we can use them but without indoor games i guess it will be less fun? or mayb not.. so any suggestions? will this weekend be ok? since everyone shd be free..... or do suggest ur auspicious date! juz be there and bring a long some junk food can liao.. so hope to see this outing to be a success!!

Neway.. attended GEMS this afternoon.. and the oppurtunity cost is my taekwondo training.. lol
Learnt how to juggle! Amazing.. haha.. but the instructor is dem zhai3 la.. His tricks makes my eyes blur.. dunnoe how long i nid to practise to attain his high standard! Cuz i cant even juggle 3 balls continuosly~

I’m VERY SAD. Diary-x is down! And there goes my blog. as in my personal blog. and there’s so much I want to say except I can’t put it here cos it’s a public blog and I might get killed for saying the wrong things ): BOOHOO. I miss my blog.

Well, that aside, ARES RULES. And its amazing! Like we did our best performance on Thursday night and there were quite a few screw ups on Friday night, which was kinda worrying especially since Friday night was judging night. Like I forgot to put the cup on trump’s table ): but I’m glad we still won the most prestigious BEST PLAY award.

eddy (the ares director) was saying that we didn’t stand a very good chance. I guess maybe we were too complacent cos everyone was telling us on Thursday that our play was the best and I supposed we kinda let down our guards on Friday night. and its AMAZING how Apollo managed to change their script overnight! I thought apollo’s play was really really good, and Ervin was excellent at acting as a gay cabaret dancer! (: Cos the order of performance was artemis, ares, Athena and then Apollo, we watched apollo’s play on thurs after staging ours and we thought there wasn’t anything to worry about. But eddy watched apollo’s play again on Friday and she came down the steps of the LT shaking her head ): so I guess a few of us kinda lost hope right there and then. And eddy was near to tears ): but its okay, we won 4 out of 8 and the MOST PRESTIGIOUS ONE (: best play!

It was nerve wrecking waiting for the results, I tell you. I mean, I’m just backstage crew, but still! And everyone put in equal amounts of effort, like everyone was there for every single rehearsal and we spent the last 2 weeks before Dramafeste till 10 or so everyday making props and rehearsing. So its quite scary la! Especially since you don’t want to see your past few weeks of effort go to waste. And we celebrated after we won, of course! We celebrated it THE ARES WAY (: with our fac dance and all! And with tonnes of pizza and absolutely lovely chocolate fudge cake. I felt so grateful to Helen and mengtian too. Like I walked out of hwachong with them after the ares party and I was telling Helen about how I nearly thought we wouldn’t win and Helen went ‘but seriously. I’ve been emcee for so many rehearsals and for the past two nights’ shows. Each time you guys were on stage, ARES OWNED IT.’ I’M SO SO SO HAPPY! (: thank you Helen dear!

And here’s a MAJOR FACT. Apollo has won Dramafeste for the PAST SIX YEARS CONSECUTIVELY! But ares owned on Friday! and it was no mean feat, considering Apollo has got humans program ppl and tonnes of elddfs members. so I hope ares will win for the next SIXTY YEARS, till I’m an old granny hehe! (: and mr perry (one of the judges) came to congratulate during our celebration and he’s like ‘you guys set a new benchmark.’ And to think we were all worried that we wouldn’t win. Sigh (: how silly of us! Eddy was like so solemn after we staged our play and everyone was so scared that we’d get another scolding, but eddy went ‘I have a message to convey from the elddfs – you guys were simply better than last night.’ OMG!

And nick and jiehong certainly made us feel less anxious before the play! I had STOMACHACHE okay. Cos I laugh too much! they were singing their SUDDENLY song. And then they changed it to CAN YOU FEEL THE LOVE TONIGHT. Like they were singing: can you feel the love tonight, this is the only line, do you know the second line, the third fourth fifth sixth line, the seventh eight nine line, this is the only line. OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT LAHH. haha!

yoohoo. i think ares owned the whole week of activities! including xcountry and dramafeste! and hoboy everybody in s74 put in loadsss of effort whether in running or backstage. GOOD JOB =D next year we shall do better for cross country okay? everybody train! and blood donation was pretty interesting..those who missed it ought to try it (: it's painless. lol yea (: keep the spirit going for ares...hohoho. and yes ppl, please BLOG. or at least tagg.

after 2 weeks of camping back in school till late in the day, dramafeste finally summed up that 2 weeks of hard work.. the cast prob put in even more work than 2 weeks.. haha.. anyway, everyone played their own part in this entire production.. :) we put up a beautiful performance last night, and trashed the other 3 facs.. :) ares bagged the prestigious best play award (which has been hogged by apollo for the past 6 years), best supporting actor (donny trump), best ensemble (which eddy clarified includes chorale, props, lights and sound :) ), and best director (eddy, cheryl!!.. :):) )..

when it was our turn to perform last night, i was super nervous.. initially, as we moved the props out of the avt, i was still laughing like mad thanks to nickhong who were singing can you feel the love tonight.. diao..haha.. but later, as we parked everything outside lt3 awaiting for our turn to go in and trash the other 3 facs, i suddenly felt that sense of fear..fear that we wont live up to our very own expectations..fearful that things wont turn out as we want it to.. the time came anyway, and we went in to put up a good show.. usually, i would feel super cold in lt3 thanks to the great air-conditioning system..but yest, i felt very warm, to the extent that i started sweating.. must have been the enthusiasm surging up within me.. halfway through the play, wen came back from her guitar lesson.. :) great moral support she gave us..haha..her presence certainly made a difference..thanks to yuqin who stood in for her cos she simply couldn miss her guitar lesson..i think props has great team spirit.. :) i love my grey door..haha..for the first time since we started rehearsing with the cast, i got the timing right to move the grey door when arthur was supposed to exit the stage.. i was supposed to move it right after he said "okay, i am just about to leave now", and then he would step right in, and i would wheel the door to the other end of the stage.. haah.. the cue was he would say his line, and then i would count "one, two, three" and move the door.. haha.. that was flawless in my opinion.. :) after the performance, we went back to the avt.. wanted to sneak into lt3 to watch apollo's play..but it was packed to the brim.. so we went back to the avt.. the seniors started playing musical chairs..haha..they were probably reliving a second childhood..the rest of us got free entertainment watching them play..haha..

awaiting for the announcement of the results was scary.. apollo had supposedly changed their script overnight in response to our overwhelming performance on thu night.. :) we remained steady and calm, and performed our best.. :) really, i was scared that we wont be able to bag the best play award as many others who watch the performance on thu had predicted already.. we got the first award of best suporting actor, and apollo bagged the subsequent three (best supporting actress, best actor and best actress)..then athena got the best script award.. i was so scared..so afraid since we were lagging behind apollo at that time.. but well, we managed to bag the last three awards : best director, best ensemble, and BEST PLAY!!.. woo hoo!!.. haha.. really song1 le1 yi4 kou3 qi4.. :):):) after that, we went back to the avt to celebrate..haha..we did the fac dance..haha..but it wasnt as nice as during the prac sessions or the cny celeb cos the music was too soft and there was not enough space..but well, it was enough to feed my craving of doing the fac dance again.. haha.. then we had pizza..and cake.. :):):) ares rocks man.. haha..

now, got no more dramafeste to look forward too.. :( life has to go back to the mundane lectures and tutorials.. at least i will get more sleep and hopefully rid of the heavy dark eye circles..but then, it means less fun to look forward to each day.. dramafeste has been the highlight of each day for the past 2 weeks..despite the fact that i only got home past 10 each day.. i will also miss the gambling sessions where we played tai ti and bridge like no one's businesss..haha.. well, we managed to influence the seniors to start their own gambling den also..haha..

i think we did a great job.. :):):) dramafeste would have been so different without the enthusiasm of 74ers.. haha.. where can you find such helpful and fun-filled pple like us?.. :):):) 74 rocks!!.. :):):)

Workshop this Sat (18 Feb). For the workshop, you are encouraged to come dressed in office
wear ie PROPER long sleeve shirt, pants and shoes for guys, and PROPER blouse and pants or
skirts or dresses and shoes for girls. This is to make the workshop more interesting and useful
for you. The trainers will help you by giving you tips about how to improve your appearance.
If you do not have the necessary attire, you may still come in your school uniforms.However,
note that you are NOT SUPPOSED TO COME IN CASUAL WEAR.

haha..omg..i juz realised on how much i have missed out..haha..everyone is very free/sian during cnys ah?..keep blogging like mad..haha..good..at least its active.. :)

just returned from malacca 6 hours ago..happy to be back home.. :) the 3 days spent in malacca wasnt exactly very eventful la..i dunno why pple keep asking me how my new year was..haha..well, i suppose its just like everyone else's, just that its spent overseas..but its the same for me la..since i have never spent any cny in singapore..its like a routine being back 'home' there..doing all the visiting of my grandma's friends since neither me nor my parents have any friends there.. haha.. i guess thats just how long we've been away from malacca..

its sad being there wo any internet connection..no tv..and all the ang pows are to be divided by two cos of the exchange rate!!..my ang pows not alot to start off with..and they have to become smaller.. :(:(:( haha..but i binged alot..esp on my fav pineapple tarts..i think i got like 3 diff kinds of pineapple tarts at home now..dunno how many i have already eaten..thats my weakness.. haha..

sat set off for malacca..reached there like at 3..then lazed at my grandma's home..cos v tired from the long journey.. then queued up for my turn to bathe cos there is only one toilet there..so all 8 of us had to take turns.. after that had reunion dinner..steamboat!!.. eating is not exactly my favourite activity..haha..but well, there was fish, abalone and scallop!!.. haha.. then we shou sui-ed..i managed to stay up can?!.. haha.. i spent the time trying to do some hw..and i managed to pia finish all..but i am not sure if i have left anything out..but i dont care so much le.. but there got no proper study area..so i had to do my hw in the living room..then the radio was on thanks to my aunt, and my siblings were watching vcd on my mum's laptop..and the adults were playing majong.. hai..how condusive.. i dunno how my gp essay turned out..haha..i didnt bother re-reading it..its torturous to read your own essay..only makes me feel stupid.. haha..

chu1 yi1 woke up at 9..then washed up, and ate brunch..which was vegetarian cos first day of the lunar month!!.. got my favourite tau ki!!.. haha.. ate quite abit of it, but made sure to keep some tummy to binge when i go visiting.. haha.. after brunch, we changed into our new year clothes..fun!!.. haha.. put on new clothes and shoes.. :) then set off to the shop(which my grandma owns, but passes over to my grandaunt to run the business) to bai nian.. met up w part of my extended family.. the entire family is now so scattered..some in kl, some still in malacca, some in singapore, some in jb.. so new year is a good time to unite..its only once a year, but beta den none.. after that, we went on to 2 other houses..my amah's friends..dunno them..but got ang pow.. haha.. ate pinapple tart..its good that pineapple tarts are like a standard thing to have at home during new year.. haha.. one of my grandma's friend even saw that i loved the homemade version she had so much she gave me 2 containers of it.. haha.. :):):) but at the end we served most of it to our guests..but i managed to eat some..beta den none.. :):):) after that, we went on to 3 temples..grandma's contacts.. hai..then i just stood at one side..cos christian mah..so dont go bai4 bai4.. :) no food.. :(

second day my cousins from kl came down!!.. yay.. haha..my er4 biao3 ge1 is my mahjong shi fu..one year only get to meet him once.. haha.. then he always scold me..cos i forget whatever he has taught me each year..then each year keep having to reteach.. but its fun playing w my cousins again.. ;) then lunch went bei3 zhan4..a very very nice restaurant in malacca..pple who go there dont forget ask the address from me!!.. :) then went for some nyonya chendol.. :) yum!!..the gula malacca so xiang and nice.. after that went home to gamble again..haha..plus some occasional interruptions from visitors..more ang pows!!.. haha.. then dinner went to eat nyonya food..the food this time was okay..beta than the year before.. price also quite reasonable.. :) after that, my cousins went back to kl.. ;( so short visit.. :( then we went back, still got visitors..after we collect ang pow, we, the kids, went to bed first..v tired le mah..whole day gamble..need alot of energy noe?.. haha.. actually cos i am a pig la.. heh..

third day..which is today..early in the morn 7 o clock wake up.. wash up, then the whole family went out for breakfast.. had chicken rice..the rice ball kind..then went to eat tosai (the indian food).. haha..so pig.. wanted to eat my fav peanut pancake that the old uncle at the market sells..but he not open for business yet.. :(:( also wanted to eat hong1 roti..but also not open.. :(:( hai..looks like i have to hope that i can get away to go back during qing ming..then can go back and eat wateva i have not eaten.. haha..

all that eating took quite some time..only left malacca at 9.30..then had a smooth journey, except for an hours jam when crossing the causeway at singapore's side.. sian ah..jam..but one hour is ok le..last year was 2.5 hours..that was a real test of patience man!!.. haha.. then came back, wanted go eat porridge at jurong hawker centre..but not open.. :( then wanted to come home binge on new year goodies..my dad is so mr-proper-meal..so he was quite irritated..but i guess he had no choice at the end..since almost everywhere was still closed.. haha.. then later my aunt (mum's sis) came, and then went to my godma and my sis's godma's places to bai nian.. that ended at like 6..then went to crystal jade at holland road to eat dinner.. heh.. then came back to bathe, and now blogging.. :)

i guess my new year not v eventful la.. haha.. but well, pple like yaoyang had a nice cny..meeting siva on first day..how lucky man.. haha.. and the street market was great success!!.. correction here..we earned in terms of profit 104.60.. which means maybe class fund can survive longer wo collecting more money!!.. haha.. then i dont need to go and hound you guys for money..i dont exactly enjoy doing that..somemore get called tao zhai gui.. :( friday after cny celeb in sch went orchard w seniors and s74's yi yang san kai to watch memoirs of a geisha.. haha.. pple like huijin kept thinking it was a surprise in store for us when our seniors who yue1-ed us left wo us.. haha.. so now you noe its not right?!.. haha.. but that jinyang arh..must hantam you ah..anyhow say cine.. make me have to limp from cine to lido in 10 min!!..record time ah..given my kinda condition..but i guess that was a blessing in disguise..cos the blister broke after all that limping..so i could wear my heels during new year.. :):):)

tmr sch is going to start.. my angel is not coming to sch.. i shall just give my new year package to my mortal, gaojun, tmr..then give my angel's new year package to him on thu.. i seriously hope the thing can tahan..i bought it the morn before leaving for malacca noe?..i dunno how it can tahan one more day.. haha.. i think its real cute..my dad thought it was a bad idea to get it for my angel and mortal..cos it has symbolic meaning only for businessmen..but it looks cute la..i dont think many pple have seen it before since i havent.. haha.. :):) i wonder how he'll react..i am quite excited..haha..

a busy week ahead.. on fri got stj..i hope it doesnt turn out to be a flop..hopefully attendance will be okay.. tmr got tkd..got slight phobia after that round of blisters..but i wont give up my love..haha.. sat got gathering at night.. when are we going to bai nian to ms yang?..beta rmb to bring that up during tmr's ct session..i hope the sch wont eat it up again.. no belly dancing please!!.. i will stay real low profile this time round.. haha.. then maybe will meet up w laoshi this weekend before she returns to china.. :):):) yay.. hopefully got no more hw!!..then i can carry out all my plans.. :):):)

gah... it's REALLY boring. indeed, there's so little angpaos.. >_<>_< needless to say i've loads and loads of nieces and nephews. Actually it's all kind of scary just tracing them all.. and i realised my (late) grandma's genes are super strong (or is the talll gene dominant? my grandpa was shorter) cos most of her descendants are towering giants. (incl. my bro -185? and still growing.) and i'm a miserable person who should've been taller if not for my curved spine. boo. but NVM! Ok, anyway, enough about that.

2nd day.. i went to JB to visit my jiu4-gong1 and yi2-po2, basically my granduncle and grandauntie (grandma's siblings). did the usual visiting and lunching and karaoke-ing. hehe. quite fun la. then my aunt brought her "son" along.. this dog named sean(i think) yea, and we played with him. they apparently have no time for a real kid cos they work in the media industry.. hmm.. yea. we tried to beat the jam so we left earlier... about 3+ So we proceeded to visit my 2nd uncle in Sembawang. Stayed for dinner then came back. Dead tired.

Yay. so today's third day.. it's slack day. wait-for-visitors-to-come day. i think it probably also means do-your-work-or-die day. -sniff- i think the teachers really very evil. grr. no one's free or able to spare any energy on CNY, short of giving us extra day for holiday, they pile us with work! gosh. I'll TRY... blaeeh. Oh yea, has anyone REALLY gained weight yet? i think maybe i did, i also ate steamboat on chuxiye n lotsa stuff round these days. luckily height and weight taken. :P ok i've blabbed enough. (this is all in the bid to procrastinate, like ps!)

wao... hols nearly over d... T-T... not much of a holiday for me oso.. moz of the time used for travelling... 4hrs travel from s'pore to kl to meet family... then another 4hr to hometown in northern malaysia... then today came back kl another 4 hrs.... going back s'pore tomorrow another 4 hour.. so tiring... dats why no time to do homework.. not dat i dun wanna do....

this yr new yr like a bit cold.. not much relatives came back.... ang pao so little.. but still got damn good food lar... had steamboat on chuxiye... then had laksa and many more... everymeal oso da yu da rou... getting fatter... hahaz...

yao yang met siva? tian yi tian yi ah!! oh my... siva is stalking on yao yang... i'm surprised u actuallly waved.... (is this blog known to siva, if it is i'm dead)... and nicole can u stop wenyi here wenyi there... very er sin leh.. u two like "L" lidat..

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR (: i have been receiving my regular and reliable source of yearly income! Okay cny celebs at hwachong totally RAWKKKKED. I love it love it love it! Our street market stall was so good! and our class fund is officially 120 dollars richer! Cos the cost price of our cookies and oh-so-lovely mocha cheesecake was about 90 bucks and we made 210 or something! Nice nice (:The celebs was greaaaat.

I think nicks shirt was cute! It had a picture of a BATHING APE on it (: so adorableee.cny Celebs was niceeeeee (: cos I walked about selling the cheesecake with wenyi and we sold TWO boxes okay! Like wenyi uses her looks to charm them, and all I do is stick out my hand and collect moolah from them (: I don’t get why so many guys think that netball senior is hot, cos she’s got pimples! But I must say, gosh the way she carries herself is so so uh, nice (: but I THINK WENYI IS HOTTER. Cos wenyi has somewhat flawless skin and big big eyes and nice teeth and a nice nose (: but then again, Im biased.

And I ended up buying so much stuff lah! Like frozen chocolate strawberries, cookies, peanuts, brownies and tonnes of other random things. WHY DOESN’T OUR STREET MARKET HAVE TATTOO SERVICES! I would have gotten like TEN tattoos! Or something. I loved those tattoos in Nanyang during youth day funfair (: speaking of ny, I miss it so badly. We had tonnes of people crashing from rj and god knows where. Its so dumb. HELLO YOUR SCHOOL CNY CELEBS SUCKED IS IT. Not that I mind, considering they contributed to our class fund, cos all proceeds from the street market sale went to the class fund. HAHA. we don’t have to pay class fund for a reasonable amount of time! Elaine, our darling cai shen, and dearest treasurer is HAPPY (: so am I! its so ma fan to keep paying class fund and having to ask my mom to reimburse me. And and ARES won the fac dance competition! I LOVE ARES too. actually, I love tonnes of things. I LOVE S74. haha, but we tied with Apollo. Its okay, we still won! (:

Hey everyone! Hope u guys are having a more exciting CNY than I have. I think this year's CNY must be the boring-est for me cuz I actually have time to blog like on the morning of the second day? The worst thing that happened to me so far is that I BROKE a bowl yesterday!!! Why am I so suay? I think I have just plunged head first into a terribly inauspiscious year for me. And I am really sorry to my grandma because I am the cause of her ever decreasing number of bowls. (yes, this is not the first time I broke her bowl.. :( )

OK, anyway, u guys did a good job on Friday.. I couldn't believe it when I heard how much we earned =]

On the First Day of New Year...

Hello! Happy Chinese New Year =D

How’s your day so far, 74ers? For me, it’s pretty much bland and dull, just the usual stuff. But but but, something really funny happened to me, so I guess I’ll share it with you all.

First up, blah blah blah, went to my gramp’s house in Choa Chu Kang. Stayed for 5 minutes before hurrying to my grandma’s house in Jurong West. So my grandma’s house is actually Block 532. Ok are you all bored to tears by my entry now? The climax is here.

It was like…12.15pm? And I stood at the carpark scanning the surroundings. Somehow, I saw this big black burly man from afar. He was like…really tall lor. Then he’s like walking really fast towards my direction. Normally, I do not give a hoot about people walking past me, or I will be very busy you know. However, this is different, very different. I cannot really explain the feeling, but I just had a premonition that something out of the blue is going to happen to me. Trust me, my sixth sense never fails.

So as that black figure came closer and closer, I began to have a clearer view of him. He’s humongous and was wearing a pair of really retro sunglasses. He was wearing red, blood red to be exact and black pants. So all in all, he donned the exact same uniform as what MacDonald’s employees wore a couple of years ago. Pretty eye-catching I should say. Enough of the costume crap. Like what I said, he reminded me of someone. déjà vu? I don’t know. So I was like…

o.O?

Then the answer finally came. His protruding you-know-what revealed his identity. He was DR SIVA!!! I was like “Holy! Am I seeing things or what? Got so heng one meh?” But indeed in this world sometimes you are really that heng de, or un-heng I don’t know. He’s really Dr Siva lor, the one that taught, and is still teaching us economics you know? So I was like…

Petrified, I mustered my courage and decided to wave to him, along with a stare of course. But then what happened next was stupid k, he dao-ed me lar! It’s like, I am so nice to wave to him but yet he dao-ed me. I am sooooo dejected lor. But never mind, I guess that wasn’t intentional.

Bottom-line is, on the first day of Lunar Year, I actually met my favorite teacher of all time. Coincidence? I really suspect he was stalking me lor =D Anyway, to meet my favorite teacher on the first day of the year definitely proves one thing - this is going to be a very good/bad year for me =)

阳阳 - 农历新年庆祝活动

今天是一个晴天万里，万里晴天的一天。我踏着轻快的脚步奔向我班凳子。只见Jasper在不遗余力地学跳舞，手舞足蹈。我查了天使和恶魔箱子。但是箱子舍莫东东都没有。我痛心疾首。
接着接着，人山人海，挤得水泄不通。我们看了看表演，但是不是很好看。然后街头市场开始了。

我的班买饼干和蛋糕，很好吃，吃得津津有味。我拿着蛋糕走来走去，可是没有人买。我们把东西都卖完了，大家都很高兴。

然后我遇到好友，在草场坐住吹吹风。他说我还是很跛脚，然后他很冷。
然后就是大家期待已久的跳舞。我跳到汗流挟背，累得不成人形。

跳舞时踏到很多人的鞋子，也被踏到很多次。大家脚因此都很痛。但是大家都跳的很好。
然后皇天不负苦心人，我找到了篮球。然后我打篮球。

篮球很好玩。打完以后我们很饿，所以去吃饭。吃晚饭以后，我们依依不舍，但是天下无不散之筵席。我们还是得回家过年。所以我们做巴士回家。我今天过的很充实，很快乐。

i am watching my favourite korean serial now..ai shang nv zhu bo.. haha..seriously, i dunno how many times i have rewatched this serial, and i dont understand why i dont get tired of watching it.. haha.. i love the main characters too much i guess, just dont get tired of looking at them..esp chae rim and zhang dong gun!!.. haha.. does anyone share the same passion as me?..do you understand what i am blabbering here?.. haha.. anyway, i am glad, cos this is the first time since sch has started dat i can do this.. :):):)

If hundred plus and coke we sell at $1 each, WE can make $96 ed!! Probably we'll b sellin the lychee n soya bean @ $0.50.. Or give it away for every $5 purchase ^_^
I think Elaine will b selling home made cin cau rite? Ahaha.. (i luv cincau!) But i din buy any paper cups for ya.. Cuz i onli have 2 hands.. Lol (kinda costly acc)

week 3 of school

after 2 weeks of orientation, we have finally started on proper lessons. well, i would think the lessons are still much of an intro, except for chem, which i seriously cant follow! okay la, those calculations arent exactly my forte anyway. tuesday and friday's timetable sucks! tuesday is 7hours tutorial in a day, while friday got 4 hours of prac. but the other days are quite okay la.. :)
anyway, 06s74 has been quite into truth or dare, but i believe this enthusiasm for the game is gradually dying. haha. those days when we had 1.5 hours break in btn lessons. we went to the high school canteen, and after eating, we would linger on and play truth or dare (this game is nick's contribution..). :) i think we actually played truth or truth la.. haha.. nobody dared to do the dare.. well, anyway, i believe most of us have learnt our lessons, since pple cant seem to keep the promise of keeping whatever others have said to themselves.. anyway, on friday we wanted to play a special edition of truth or dare - dare or dare.. haha.. but what happened to it?!!.. eric?!!..wat happened to fish tank?!.. haha.. i think sabo-ing pple will be fun..but getting sabo-ed is not that fun.. haha..
hope everyone gets good rest this weekend, except wenhui, huijin and eric who will be on their oac orientation hike in pulau ubin.. hopefully they come back in one piece.. haha..
